Jaybharat Textiles & Real Estate appoints additional director
The board of Jaybharat Textiles & Real Estate has appointed Surendra Ambalal Dave, ex chairman of SEBI and ex chairman of UTI as additional director of the company.

Further, the board has accepted the resignation of Praveen Sharma as director of the company.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 12 June 2008.
