Jindal Stainless allots equity shares
Jindal Stainless has allotted 31,77,550 equity shares of Rs 2 each upon conversion of 31,77,550 convertible warrants, to Jindal Overseas Holdings, a company forming part of promoter group.

Consequent upon the above said allotment the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs 29,48,69,864 to Rs 30,12,24,964 divided into 15,06,12,482 equity shares of Rs 2 each and shareholding of promoter group has increased from 40.54% to 41.79%.

These shares were allotted by the company on 04 January 2008.
