Freshtrop Fruits net profit rises 264.44% in the March 2007 quarter

Net profit of Freshtrop Fruits rose 264.44% to Rs 1.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 0.45 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006. Sales rose 160.14% to Rs 11.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 4.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006.

For the full year, net profit rose 72.49% to Rs 6.71 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 3.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2006. Sales rose 45.48% to Rs 45.26 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 31.11 crore during the previous year ended March 2006.
