CT Cotton Yarn has accepted the resignation of Ashwani Dewan, managing director and Neeraj Jain (non- executive independent director) from the board of the company with effect from 26 February 2008.

Further, the company has appointed Sanjay Naithani (non-executive independent director) as an additional director on the board of the company with effect from 26 February 2008.
