Morarka Finance appoints statutory auditors
The shareholders of Morarka Finance have appointed D P Agarwal & Co., chartered accountants as statutory auditors of the company to hold office from the conclusion of this general meeting until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting in place of Adukia & Associates, chartered accountants, who have resigned as statutory auditors of the company.

They were appointed at the extra ordinary general meeting held on 05 December 2007.
