India annual inflation at 12.34 pct on Aug 23-min

NEW DELHI, Sept 4 (Reuters) - Indian annual wholesale price inflation was 12.34 percent as at August 23, Trade Minister Kamal Nath said ahead of the official release of the data on Thursday.

The inflation rate was below the previous week's 12.40 percent.
