Marico grants stock options
The committee of Marico has granted 4,74,900 stock options to certain eligible employees pursuant to the existing Marico ESOS 2007 of the company. The grant price is Rs 68.27 per option. The vesting period and the exercise period both range from 1 year to 5 years. In all, 88,76,200 options, comprising about 1.46% of the current paid up equity capital of the company have been granted under the scheme till date.
