DIC India appoints directors
The board of DIC India has appointed Biswajit Choudhuri as an independent and additional director in the board of the company with immediate effect to hold office till the date of forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Biswajit Choudhuri is the ex-chairman & managing director of United Bank of India.

Arun Das Chatterjee has been appointed as executive and additional director in the board of the company with immediate effect. Prior to his appointment in the board, Chattejee was the chief operating officer (graphic arts) and has been associated with the company for the last 28 years.

Samir Bhaumik has been appointed as executive and additional director in the board of the company with immediate effect. Prior to his appointment in the Board, Bhaumik was the chief operating officer (news ink) and has been associated with the company for the last 10 years.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 29 October 2007.
