Gail India to declare interim dividend
The board meeting of Gail India will be held on 17 December 2007 to consider the proposal of interim dividend for the financial year 2007-2008.

Further, the company has informed that, 22 December 2007 has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend for financial year 2007-08, if approved.

The compant made this announcement after the trading hours on Monday, 26 November 2007.
