Hon'ble High Court approves scheme of amalgamation of Ganesh Housing Corporation
Ganesh Housing Corporation has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad has approved the scheme of amalgamation of five companies namely Ramasagar Infrastructure, Nachiket Properties, Manjari (Thaltej) Complex, Shaharsh Infrastructure and Ganesh Infrastructure with the company vide order dated 29 November 2007.

The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 05 December 2007.
