Reliance Communications allots equity shares
The committee of Reliance Communications pursuant has allotted 6,92,366 equity shares of Rs 5 each at a predetermined premium of Rs 475.68 per equity share, pursuant to requests received from the holders of Zero Coupon FCCBs of US$ 1,000 each.

Consequent upon the said allotment, the paid-up capital of the company stands increased to 206,28,71,367 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 5 each.

These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 29 December 2007.
