ICICI prudential mutual fund has approved the introduction of institutional plan under ICICI Pru Infrastructure Fund, an open-ended scheme launched with effect from 13 March 2008; herein the minimum amount of initial investment shall be Rs 20 crore in multiples of Re 1 thereafter. The minimum initial subscription amount, additional subscription amount and load structure under institutional plans shall be as follows:

| Sub- option available | Growth or dividend sub option. Both the sub options will have the same portfolio. Growth sub option shall be the default sub option. Under dividend sub option dividend payout and dividend reinvestment facilities are available. Dividend reinvestment is the default facility under dividend sub option. |
