Siemens' director & MD resigns
The board of Siemenshas accepted the resignation of J Schubert as managing director and director of the company, effective 01 January 2008.

Further, the board has appointed Armin Bruck managing director of the company, effective 01 January 2008. Bruck is a whole-time Director of the company, since 01 October 2007.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 20 December 2007.
