Genus Power Infrastructures allots equity shares
The board of Genus Power Infrastructures has allotted 3,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 189 per share i.e. conversion at the rate of Rs 199 per share, upon conversion of 3,00,000 convertible warrants to Vivekshil Dealers, out of the total issue of 10,00,000 convertible warrants.

These shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 16 November 2007.
