MUMBAI, Dec 13 (Reuters) - India's main stock index opened at
a record high on Thursday, its third in as many days, led by
gains in Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd <BHEL.BO>.
At 9:55 a.m. (0425 GMT), the 30-share BSE index <.BSESN> was
up 0.6 percent or 122.24 points at 20,498.11. The previous peak
of 20,419.11 was hit on Wednesday.
The 50-issue NSE index <.NSEI> was up 0.33 percent at
6,179.55, after hitting a life high of 6,185.40.
