Union Bank of India to venture into life insurance business
Union Bank of India has decided to venture into life insurance business jointly with Bank of India and The Dai-ichi Mutual Life Insurance Co., Japan.

A joint venture agreement singing ceremony of the life insurance joint venture will be held on 06 December 2007 at New Delhi.

The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 06 December 2007.
