Bartronics India allots equity shares
The board of Bartronics India has allotted 1,49,828 equity shares against conversion of FCCBs by the bond holders.

Consequently, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increase from 1,93,17,358 shares to 1,94,67,186 shares of Rs 10 face value, as on date.

These shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 18 December 2007.
