Unitex Designs' board to meet on 03 January 2008
A meeting of the board of Unitex Designs will be held to consider the scheme of arrangement relating to the merger of SKM Fabrics (Amana)with the company and de-merger of process house division of S Kumars into the company and to consider and take on record the audited financial results for the 6 months period ended on 30 September 2007 for the purpose of merger scheme and to discuss the status of rights issue.

These will be considered at the board meeting to be held on 03 January 2008.
