The board meeting of Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols will be held on 23 October 2007 to transact and approve un-audited results for the quarter ended on 30 September 2007 and to allot 5,85,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 190 per shares on conversion of warrants to Roquette Freres and promoters.
