The board of Sunteck Realty has approved the appointment of V Hari Krishna as the nominee director of Kotak Mahindra Trusteeship Services - A/c Kotak Alternate Opportunities (India) Fund on the board of the company.

This was approved at the board meeting held on 12 December 2007.
