Everonn Systems India's director resigns
J Kasiviswanathan - non executive and independent director of Everonn Systems India had expressed his inability to continue in the board of the company due to personal reasons with effect from 17 December 2007 and submitted his resignation to the company.

Further to the above, Joe Thomas who was categorized as non - executive director will henceforth be re-designated as non-executive & independent director, on complying with statutory conditions.
