GMM Pfaudler to convene EGM
The board of GMM Pfaudler has decided to form a wholly owned subsidiary of the company in Switzerland in the name of GMM Mavag AG or such other name as may be approved by the Swiss authorities.

Further, the board has decided to convene extra-ordinary general meeting on 18 January 2007.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 07 December 2007.
