Name of Fund: Mirae Asset Liquid Fund

Scheme: An open ended liquid scheme

Face Value: Rs. 10

Investment Option: The Scheme shall have four Plans Regular, Institutional, Super Institutional and FII.

Minimum Investment Amount: The minimum application amount under regular plan is Rs. 5,000 and in multiple of Re 1 thereafter. Under institutional plan and FII plan, the minimum investment amount is Rs 1 crore and in multiple of Re 1 thereafter. The minimum application amount under super institutional plan is Rs. 10 crore and in multiple of Re 1 thereafter.

Investment Objective: The investment objective of the scheme is to seek to generate reasonable returns with low volatility and higher liquidity through a portfolio of debt and money market instruments.

Entry Load: Nil

Exit Load: Nil

Asset Allocation: The fund will invest 0% - 100% in money market instruments with low risk profile. The investment in debt Instruments with residual maturity and repricing tenor not exceeding 1 year will be up to 100%, which includes investment in securitised debt up to 50%.
