Nahar Industrial Enterprises appoints additional director
The board of Nahar Industrial Enterprises has appointed Yash Paul Sachdeva as an additional director of the company with effect from 31 July 2008.

Further, the board has accepted the resignation of Sat Paul Nijhawan from the board.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 31 July 2008.
