Zyden Gentec appoints additional director
The board of Zyden Gentec has appointed Rajesh Sharma as additional director of the company.

The board has acceptance the resignation of Rajesh Sharma from the post of alternate director to Arvind Kumar, with immediate effect.

The board has accepted the resignation of R K Dhar from the directorship as well as CEO of the company, with immediate effect.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 27 October 2007.
