Tata Metaliks appoints director & chairman
The board of Tata Metaliks haqs inducted H M Nerurkar, COO - Tata Steel as a director and the chairman of the board.

Further, T Mukherjee has relinquished office as the chairman of the company after the end of the board meeting.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 11 January 2008.
