Palmolein edges higher
Prices of castorseed bold and its oil both moved up moderately on the oil and oilseeds market on Saturday.

In the non-edible section, castorseed bold and castor oil commercial both shot up to Rs 2240 and Rs 478 respectively against Rs 2220 and Rs 474 previously. In the edible section, refined palmolein edged up to Rs 501 from Rs 500, while groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 645.

Castorseed February contract resumed higher at Rs 2122 and closed at Rs 2121, a gain of Rs 2.
