Nifty February 2007 futures settled at 4,172.50, a discount of 11 points over the spot closing of 4183.50.
Bharti Airtel's February 2007 futures settled at a premium, at 771.15, compared to the spot closing of Rs 769.90. It was the most active contract having a turnover of Rs 1293.74 crore.
Tata Steel February 2007 futures settled at a premium, at 466, compared to the spot closing of Rs 461.90.
Reliance Communications February 2007 futures settled at a premium, at 491.15, compared to the spot closing of Rs 490.
SBI February 2007 futures settled at a premium, at 1188, compared to the spot closing of Rs 1177.05.
The S&P; CNX Nifty rose 46.30 points (1.12%), to 4,183.50, an all-time closing high. It had surged to an all-time high, at 4,198.70, in intra-day trading.
