Hon'ble High Court approves scheme of arrangement of Rain Calcining
Rain Calcining has announced that on 25 October 2007, Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh passed the order approving the scheme of arrangement.

Amalgamation of the company with Rain Commodities with effect from 01 April 2007.

Transfer of calcined petroleum coke (CPC) and power business from Rain Commodities to Rain Industries with effect from 01 April 2007.

Transfer of cement business from Rain Industries to Rain Commodities with effect from 01 July 2006.

The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 27 October 2007.
