Hon'ble High Court sanctions scheme of demerger of Vinyl Chemicals
Vinyl Chemicals India has annouced that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has sanctioned the scheme of demerger of Vinyl Acetate Monomer manufacturing unit of the company into Pidilite Industries at the hearing held on December 14, 2007.

The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 24 December 2007.
