Best & Crompton Engineering appoints additional directors
The board of Best & Crompton Engineering has considered and approved the appointment of V Ananthakrishnan as additional director with effect from 28 December 2007 and as whole time director with effect from 01 January 2008 and appointment of P P Sukumaran as additional director.

Resignation of A Kumaresan, whole time director, has been accepted with effect from close of office hours on 31 December 2007.

These were approved at the board meeting held on 28 December 2007.
