BASIS OF ALLOTMENT

PUBLIC ISSUE OF 37,00,000 EQUITY SHARES OF RS. 10/- EACH FOR CASH AT A PRICE OF RS. 510/- PER EQUITY SHARE (INCLUDING SHARE PREMIUM OF RS. 500/- PER EQUITY SHARE) AGGREGATING TO RS 18,870 LACS (REFERRED TO AS "THE ISSUE"). THE ISSUE CONSTITUTES 10.01% OF THE FULLY DILUTED POST ISSUE PAID-UP CAPITAL OF CONSOLIDATED CONSTRUCTION CONSORTIUM LIMITED. ("COMPANY" OR "ISSUER").
THE FACE VALUE PER EQUITY SHARE IS RS.10/-. THE ISSUE PRICE PER EQUITY SHARE IS RS. 510/- AND IT IS 51 TIMES THE FACE VALUE.
The Equity Shares of the Company are proposed to be listed in the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and trading is expected to commence on October 15, 2007.
The Issue made through the 100% Book Building Process wherein at least 60% of the net Issue was to be allocated on a proportionate basis to Qualified Institutional Buyers ("QIBs") (including 5% of the QIB portion that was to be specifically allotted to mutual funds), further, up to 10% of the Issue shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Non-Institutional Bidders and up to 30% of the issue shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Retail Bidders, subject to valid bids being received at or above the Issue Price.
The Issue received 1,18,031 applications for 29,89,49,331 equity shares resulting in 80.79 times subscription. Allocation to Retail Individual Investors (After Technical Rejections)
The Basis of Allocation to the Retail Individual Investors, who have bid at cut-off or at the Issue Price of Rs.510/- per Equity Share, was finalized in consultation with NSE. The category was over subscribed 12.278768 times. The total number of equity shares allotted in this category is 11,10,000 Equity Shares to 74,883 successful applicants. The category-wise details of the Basis of Allocation are as under

C. Allocation to Non Institutional Investors (After Technical Rejections)
The Basis of Allocation to the Non institutional Investors, who have bid at the Issue Price of Rs.510/- per Equity Share, was finalized in consultation with NSE. The category was subscribed 57.664378 times. The total number of equity shares allotted in this category is 3,70,000 Equity Shares to 248 successful applicants. The category-wise details of the Basis of Allocation are as under:

D. Allocation to QIBs
Allocation to QIBs has been done on a proportionate basis in consultation with NSE. As per the SEBI guidelines, Mutual Funds were initially allotted 5% of the quantum of equity shares available (1,11,000) and other QIBs and unsatisfied demands of Mutual Funds were allotted the remaining available equity shares (21,09,000) on Proportionate basis.

The IPO Committee of the directors of the company at its Meeting held at Chennai on 4th October 2007 has approved the basis of allocation of equity shares of the Issue and has allotted the equity shares to various successful applicants.
The CAN-cum-Refund Orders, intimation regarding refunds through electronic mode (ECS, RTGS, NEFT or direct credit) and allotment advice and notices are being dispatched to the address of the investors as registered with the depositories by October 6,2007. In case the same is not received within ten days, investors may contact at the address given below. The Refund Orders have been over-printed with the Bank Mandate details as registered, if any, with the depositories. The equity shares allocated to successful applicants are being credited to their beneficiary accounts subject to validation of the account details with the depositories concerned by October 6,2007. The listing applications will be filed with the BSE and the NSE on or before October 8,2007, and the company is taking steps to get the equity shares admitted for trading on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited within seven working days from the date of approval of the basis of allocation.
