Public issue of 1,66,24,720 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price of Rs 390/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs.380/- per equity share, aggregating Rs.648.36 Crores (the "issue") by Brigade Enterprises Limited (the "company or "the issuer"). The issue comprises a net issue to the public of 1,65,24,720 shares of Rs.10/- each (the "net issue") and a reservation of up to 100,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for eligible employees (the "employee reservation portion"). There will also be a green shoe option of up to 2,493,708 equity shares for cash at a price of Rs.390/- per equity share aggregating to Rs.97.26 Crores (the "green shoe option"). The issue and the green shoe option, if exercised in full, will aggregate to 19,118,428 equity shares amounting to Rs.745.62. The issue will constitute 16.87% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company assuming that the green shoe option is exercised in full and 15.00% assuming that the green shoe option is not exercised.
