Public issue of 45,22,435 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs.190 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs.180 per equity share) aggregating to Rs.85.93 Crores, (hereinafter referred to as "the issue"), by Allied Digital Services Limited ("the company, or "the issuer").
